Postage cost is calculated based on your location and the items in your order. You will always know the postage price before you purchase.
What is the returns policy?
Returns and exchanges are not accepted. If a parcel is damaged when it arrives please note this with the courier. In the unlikely event of an item being broken, please let me know so that we can discuss and resolve.
How should I look after my pots?
I use my own pots at home, everything goes in the dishwasher, the microwave and the oven.
When will I get my order?
I aim to ship your order as soon as possible, usually within 3 days. It will be sent Royal Mail Signed For.
